Kunpeng Huang, a member of the Communist Party of China, an alumnus of the class of 2005, graduated from the School of Electronic Engineering majoring in electronic information engineering (signal processing), served as the president of the college's student union, is currently the deputy director of the party office and deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Dongfeng Canal Management Office of the Sichuan Provincial Water Resources Department, and served as the deputy secretary of the party committee of Keluodong Township, Dege County, Kardze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture at the end of 2019, and has long been rooted in poverty alleviation work at the grassroots level.
