二、Training objectives:

1.Graduates have excellent ideological and political quality, correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, strong sense of social responsibility, abide by scientific research integrity and academic ethics, and become high-level professionals with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty;

2.Graduates master the solid basic theory and systematic professional knowledge of information and communication engineering, are familiar with the research trends of the discipline worldwide, master the research methods and advanced experimental technologies related to the research of the discipline, and are able to integrate theory with practice.

3.Graduates have good information inquiry ability, academic communication ability and independent learning ability, have good scientific research ability, and can objectively analyze problems and solve engineering practice problems by scientific methods. They have the ability to engage in scientific research, teaching or specialized technical work;

4.Graduates have good language expression and writing skills. They can master a foreign language, and can read, understand foreign literature in the discipline and related fields, and carry out academic exchanges.
