From October 20 to 25, 2025, the 36th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Meteorological Society was grandly convened in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Under the theme "Fostering Interdisciplinary Integration and Empowering Meteorology to Facilitate High-Quality Development," the event gathered meteorologists from across the nation's research institutes, operational services, and universities. Participants engaged in robust discussions on pathways for innovation and high-quality advancement in the field.

Representing our college at the conference were graduate students Gao Yao, Wang Hua, and Zhang Haibo. They presented their research findings in areas including radar signal processing, wind farm clutter detection, and intelligent meteorological recognition. The opportunity to interact with young scholars from other institutions provided them with broader scientific perspectives, significantly enhancing their academic confidence and fostering a stronger spirit of innovation.
